They keep the ex-Japan rights and also now have 100% of associated water.

One thing I didn't realise is that the legislation requires all water whether very saline or suitable for stock use to the treated. Its called "associated water" which is why they used that term.

His interpretation and that's all it was is that with 100% of Australia they will have far more flexibility for the next round of deals.
Basically RO is terribly expensive if some of this water is OK for stock feed.
