I was not taking into account the company's management or really anything in particular to this company, was more so a question of whether it is a possible strategy for the note holders. I agree this seems positive, but just like to be aware of any possible downside. My knowledge of conversion notes probably could be improved and I will look into that. But in the meantime, if anyone has any comments?
