    May sound like a silly question, but could you guys advise:

    - Could it be a sign of lack of confidence in that they intend on converting debt to equity and then dumping the shares at what they may think is a high share price which may fall lowers in the future (the premium they get for selling on market would probably outweigh any future interest receipts).
    - What are the benefits of converting the notes early?
