Sped read but looks an exceptional piece of work. Higher Capex but the ebit and IRR looks outstanding. Overall sentiment from me on the doc is incredibly professional piece of work, errs on the side of conservative, doesn't make an outlandish claims and "confirms Clean teq (and NSW and Australia) as a globally significant producer of Cobalt and Nickel" . Outstanding!!
