It might be a leap to assume the company will spend 30% more on labor, or that anything will be sped up. Both are projections, and the company didn't give guidance to either of those things. I don't know the percentage of workers that actually reside on site. I don't know if these facilities are used to capacity at all times. I don't know the relative wages of the personel that commute to work vs the workers sleeping in a bunker. So they figured out they need more beds, at least during certain times, and it also seems vaguely positive that they are able to spread out a bit, and serve greater capacity. Thats it.
