It is an interesting question. From what I have read from a couple of engineers and people who work in constructing mine plants, it looks like both CLQ and AUZ are on track for a late 2020 plant completion and production commencement, there are so many hoops to jump through in the meantime. CLQ do have 2 big autoclaves they got at a steal which is very handy, but this doesnt mean the completion on plant build will be done sooner, there are still long lead times for many other components, plus the fact CLQ are going to be setting up the plant for the new ion exchange extraction and purification setup which is yet to be widely tested and operated. I think CLQ (like AUZ) will be Co/Ni/Sc giants of the future, Im looking to get on board in May if the price is around $1.20 mark.
