Very good guess aiki99. It makes sense. Metallurgical Corporation of China (MCC) and China ENFI Engineering are both subsidiaries of the China Metallurgical Group Corporation.
MCC was one of the main engineers/contractors for the Sino Iron Ore Project owned by Citic Pacific Mining. To the best of my knowledge MCC did not cover themselves with glory on this project. In fact I think they suffered significant financial losses. If it is them, I'm not convinced shareholders should be celebrating this news.
Time will tell.
