My bet is Clean TeQ is looking for an off-take partner that will buy into the company to provide the rest of the $$$$ to build the mine. Seems like we procured about 500M in bank financing, and I anticipate we will need over 1B. I am hoping they bring more to the table than just dilutive money, they were talking about a battery factory on site with Easpring, something like that. I think you guys are stroking yourselves with the "weaker position, stronger position" talk, everybody producing cobalt sulphate outside of africa is in a super strong position, get over your silly competition with the neighbors.
