In terms of economical sources for vanadium, you have to take a step back and realize that coal is very hated and there are lota of coal ash dumps and waste problems that are a problem for people. This is potential vanadium "ore" that can be acquired in some cases for NEGATIVE capital, meaning people will pay you to clean it up. So the capex is completely different than a conventional hard rock mining project.
