Rastus...I am pretty sure you will see news on Friedland, CLQ, vanadium, and Chinese coal sooner rather than later.

The publicly known facts are:

Friedland controls a VRB plant;
The plant has a big contract with Hubei, a province of 58 million people in central China;
Therefore we know RF has contacts in Hubei;
There are few reliable and elastic supplies of vanadium, but coal and coke waste is one of them;
Hubei is outlawing coal production, but has old coal mines;
Friedland controls CLQ which has the capability of extracting vanadium from coal ash.

Lots of dotted lines between the facts here. But the dotted lines are thick and black.

Such are the clues that unfortunate, ignorant people like me must rely on.
