this presentation is quite benign, obviously it needs the voice over.
big issue for me is the $30 cost out is a fraction of what is required. with roce at circa 5%, it needs to double at least, this needs $100m of improvement not 30
scale and density is important but so is arbitrage on cubic pick ups and weighted drops
i think the scale focus is way too simplistic and limits potential
