The CEO is a good cost-cutter (UK group experience and US Group LEAN driven experience). He'll pressure short term results and improve the business. Take the benefit from these traits over the next 3-5 years but watch out as possibly vision is less than tech abilities I have heard. I'm awaiting the next update of the management restructure (last one 3/3/16) to see how much of the deadwood cannot stand the heat juxtaposed with the cool of the outside.
