A.Barton resigned from the board in July 2010.
The company secretary is G.MacMillan who is also asociated with Australian Heritage Group which took part in the current placement.
As for Barton selling stock - maybe he knew something, maybe he didn't but no stock from the AHG account was sold. At the time i did mention that his on market sale was from only one of his 10 accounts "Laissez Faire", the others remained untouched a pretty clear signal that the sale was completely irrelevant & simply a lightening of the account for whatever reason.
