Nice post. One other thing I’ve been thinking off and discussing with my circle of investor friends is the “proposed control transaction” might not mean a traditional T/O, it might mean one of their major shareholders may be being bought out by another company therefore triggering a control transaction.
What this means for PLS...a valuation floor.
