Sorry @hubbo but the general success of M&As are not great. Typically 70%–90% of acquisitions are abysmal failures.(https://hbr.org/2016/06/ma-the-one-thing-you-need-to-get-right). It requires superb execution to get M&As right which I dont get a feeling will the case at TNT. However I do wish them success as I hold thier shares.
