Someone posted a few days ago that they had it on good authority there'd be no further shares issued under the shortfall placement provision. Hmmm...
A little bit more dilution for existing shareholders, but $2.6 million more for the kitty.
The 3 month time period for the shortfall placement elapses on August 16th, so I reckon that's probably the last one.
