Another 347,365 shares issued to Ausdrill in lieu of cash payment. Issue price is 72.5c which is 5-day VWAP prior to issue date.
It says so much that the drillers, the guys on the ground who know, as much as anyone, the value of this ground are happy to accept shares as payment, with no discount to boot.
Though technically this is not insider trading, given their access to the site and their role in drilling, maybe a fine line here. Put it this way, I don't think they'd be accepting shares as payment if drilling prospects were poor. For me, at least, this is a great leading indicator of results to come.
