I kinda follow what you're saying metoo, but given the lack of buyers at .002 it's a very high risk strategy for them to convert those options. I guess though the worst case all they loose on the options is brokerage.
It could mean so many things but to me it still looks bullish to an extent. From what I know of sophistos they're not keen on throwing good money after bad ?
