It also says in the Proforma Financials that the 15,000,000 shares issued were valued at the date before this cleansing notice.
They valued them at $675,000 which is 4.5 cents per share.
The price yesterday was 6.4 cents so I think the value of the shares is $960,000
Ah well doesn't matter they have treated them as a financial asset.
Net working capital on 30th September was looking pretty grim especially the increase in Envirostream.
No wonder they had a few IOUs issued but academic now they have a few million now and breathing space to commercialise VSPC which must need some big licks of capital - IPO on its way
