I see FBU is raising money from all shareholders. A previous capital raising was for institutional shareholders only. When I queried why retail shareholders were not included the reply was it is cheaper & more efficient to use institutional shareholders only even though they promptly sold them at a profit. Now the current mob have brought the company to its knees the begging bowl is out to all shareholders.
