Our directors do not get paid as much as many other directors in this space, they actually get paid a lot less compared to other Li projects at a similar stage of development, better shares being issued than there wages increasing when money is needed for exploration and lithium production from the two small on site processing plants.
More skin in the game makes them work harder.
