I've brought you over here just to neaten things up a little. As I mentioned before, I was told that there was a cyclic event when paying and converting shares which can seem laggy. The options that I converted, I paid for on the 29/09/2022 (one day earlier than you it seems) and had a strong chance that it cleared payment before the month was out. With you, however, paying on the 30/09/2022, you most likely cleared payment on the 1st of this month (or later) putting you at the very start of a long and lengthy wait. Re-reading your posts, it seems that you've acknowledged the ASNOC holdings have left your Advanced Registry and that you were also advised, that a request to issue shares was verified on the 04/10/2022. Being that October is nearly done your cycle is almost over and you and all others (if any) will be converted with a notice coming from ASN in the coming weeks (ticking people off no less) because of the price-sensitive ANNs that we're all wanting instead.
I do have to apologise so, I had gotten ahead of myself thinking that last week was the end of October and not this week. Lack of sleep and strong painkillers can disrupt my calendar. By all means, if this doesn't settle the nerves, a phone call will be the only option. Try the Perth office first though. No disrespect given but I nearly needed interpreters at the Sydney offices to bridge the gap between strong accents and very little compassion for customer service. It seems that they're certainly understaffed for all the holdings they represent.

P.S I converted 247,619 options out of the 578,065 options converted at $0.035 in this ANN above. If by chance the remaining 330,446 are the exact amount of options that you (and I believe your wife) converted then there is a problem that will need to be addressed. All the best.
