Yup this is just typical of Directors lining their own pockets.
I feel sorry for anyone who is still in this dog. I was lucky to get out a few weeks back, with a large loss. But i now sleep better at night.

If they want money for acquisitions or whatever, how about go find something of some worth so share holders can decide if they want to invest. Otherwise you just go in blind folded hoping for the best.

Given the raising is not under written, and i doubt many will want to take this up. This will go on for 3 months and drag the share price all the way down to the bottom.
