As announced on Friday 3 March 2023, Mr Carosa sold less than 20% of his holding to fund the exercising of these options, and for personal reasons. He remains committed to the Company and its growth outlook and has no intention to sell any further shares in the foreseeable future.
Great to have clarification on DC selling. Speculation on management attitude from down rampers, cherish the chance to buy under 0.33. There’s a reason behind holding a conference on Mid March, which is material progress on website and business outlook.
