We are all frustrated at the delay in signing the processing agreement, but I don't think that the delay lies at the feet of MEL.
As I understand the position, STO is negotiating with BPT and VEN (as operator of the JV), so the delay is likely upstream from MEL.
I am certain that they will sign asap once they get the right deal, but the timing is not in their hands. Disappointing from a share price and CR perspective, but a tad of further patience will see the right outcome in time.
Cervantes drilling is also getting closer, now that STX is in the final stages of SE drilling and logging.
