Logic says merger goes ahead and they pull the trigger on a gold, silver and zinc mine utilizing KIN cash.
Perhaps drill Thunderball and prove up the resource then sell.
The numbers must be attractive given the price premium on all metals, I think PFS numbers were $1760 US gold and a weaker US dollar.
