need the share price at 9 cents to make it attractive as there are a lot of shareholders hurting even with a average down at 5 cents ie if purchased original 5 shares at 20cents pick up 3 more at 5 cents overall average is still 14.3cents per share or people who bought at 12 cents there average is 9.37
