mate, at this stage any movement is a surprise! its been almost one and half years with no news. last conversation which i had with them(March quarter) they were looking to acquire an IT company. So i am not sure where this one is coming from. Most likely its an old invoice which is being paid now.
November AGM is upon on us. so probably they will milk another year out of it. i rather us pay for a director which knows what his doing than 3 non-executive directors who..... well you know the rest!
