Sp should drop to reflect the additional dilution.
Does anyone know how many otger unlisted options YOJ has at their disposal that they can convert to shares.
They already have a huge amount if shares issued compared to software company standards.....issuing another 60 million doesn't sound like much given they already have so many but for some successful software companies that would be a further dilution of nearly 50 percent!!
Definitely a 10 for 1 share consolidation to happen at some point. And more often than not that results in huge losses for holders before the consolidation.
The current and growing number of shares issued is my biggest worry for this company
