dlb,it reminds me very much of Quickflix which I followed closely with emails to the CEO.

And we know how that finished.

I am on the case each day at the moment.

Only today I asked PO about the recent share dump.My theory was the underwriter.He said he didn't know,but will look into it.

With an SP at 1 c,Norwood is looking precarious,to say the least.

I will stick with it to the end ,whichever that may be.

Who knows where their saviour will come from,but they need one and quick.

60 k per qtr just won't cut it long term.

By the way I ask more questions of Norwood than I post .

I really believe the ASX has a lot of work to do in tidying up the mess that has been highly speculative tech companies.

In terms of Norwood,I was critical of the hyped announcements that sent the SP soaring to 16c.

I have always maintained that it is better to present an honest picture of just where a company is.

If the SP doesn't move from 2c for 3 years that is much better than these huge spikes and troughs that occur.

In my opinion this can only occur with sober company reporting.

I thought the idea was to not only build a profitable company but just as importantly a company that is highly transparent and completely honest.

I am sure Norwood,like many others are reassessing where they sit on this spectrum.
