$16M is not a big deal. Chinese money has been all over SWJ for many years. Of course not forgetting the court case in which we still have not been paid, funnily enough around $16M.
The payback is less than 1 year so I am thinking it will be small amounts of equity & debt and a very large CN. AIMO
If we are around 3.5 cents then the Options need to be included as well
