from my understanding....we need some $ to finalise all the current drilling turning into indicated and then the calculations of enough resources conversion to reserves...
and finishing of the DFSwith reserves and a great DFS [ which will probably be better than the SS numbers ] i think we can get 100% debt for the $16 mil as the payback is only 7.4 months
im never a huge fan of consols but geting down to 300ish mil shares and a rename wipes the slate clean of the old management that have left with all the good work the current new management has done and will keep continuing to do now onwards towards production again turning the company around
the 9 month refurb / build is super quick too.... that will excite the debt funders reducing their risk alot
