Yeah think they'll raise post consolidation, probably aim for 50/50 equity and debt deal for the project then make decision to mine.

That means they consolidate to around 320million shares. Add 6.5million raised at likely 8.5-9c, say 75million shares and then use debt for the other 6.5million. I've added 2million for working capital through that process. 

I don't think its a bad plan and obviously new name is to not remind anyone of the history of the stock, which hasn't been great, but the new team seems to be doing okay. I watch eagerly.
