I think you will want to await the quarterly report and see how much KOR has spent on exploration and development for the quarter ending June 30th. If it is <$20K then they will not have done much on the lodging of the NOI etc etc. If it is a significant amount of money then the LOI may have been lodged, or at least the invoices from their consulting engineers havem been paid for them to be working on the lodging of the NOI.

I mean...follow the money. KOR has to spend money to make money. If they are somehow (and people do brag about this on these threads) to be commended for being the lowest-spending junior on the ASX then they cannot be spending money on lodging complex engineering documents with the NT mines department. One cannot have it both ways on this.
