There may be more shares on issue dilluting, but there is also 150m in cash coming from the rasing reducing debt and increasing shareholder equity, plus any balance sheet uncertainties removed. That's why the shares are trading well above 12.50. That could change, but it does make sense why it hasnt dropped back to 12.50 as yet.
