Its not internal buying or a bargain, Its fulfiling an obligation established many years ago nothing more / nothing less. AVA gets nothing apart from closing out an old obligation, some cash and some dilution. The people on the other end of the deal get 1.25m shares at 10c, wouldn't take that as a strong buy either as any muppet would take that deal. They may flick the shares tomorrow and make 6-7c a share so an easy 70-80k. Dont read into whats not there people, just read before you have a go at management.
