They didn't mention in the announcement yesterday whether this was a cash raise or the conversion of the note, it was left vague.
So I did a bit deeper reading in the report and it says below. It appears maybe West Energy have converted their notes.
It still makes them a substantial holder and is a big show of support converting $300K if the case, but would leave PGY in need of additional funds.
They should clarify to the market ASAP.
