Second paragraph indicates LDA as they were the only ones issued with options as part of the Put Option Agreement.
"BRN today issued 10,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) as a result of the exercise of options issued pursuant to the terms of the Put Option Agreement (as announced to ASX on 13 August 2020)"
The were issued with 37.5m options @ 0.15 and another 37.5m @ 0.20. The Appendix 2A issued today also lists the exercise price of 0.15.
