No worries, Potential here looks great, but being cashed up enough to push this through until they provide a maiden JORC mid next year was the clincher in this environment, SOI and dilution are a worry but hopefully we wont see anymore until the share price is over 20 cents.

Interestingly the current decline in SP down from 12 looked very manufactured as every time the chart looked to break to the upside, even with continued good news regarding drill hits - The price action was quickly suprised with large sells so it wouldn't run, i'm picking now that the CR has been done, this price suppression on news won't be a factor anymore, Check the photo below for recent placement details :

Placement - Brought in north american investors via sprott capital acting as joint lead manager - this is a huge green flag for me, they had just over $6m cash at end of last quarter so going off current cash burn would think there's around $16m in the kitty at the moment.




Chart : Last 4 candles are pretty telling IMO, Especially that nice looking dragonfly doji on friday where it briefly touched the CR price with a large 2.4m+ cross trade and bounced quickly after, RSI and MACD right down the bottom of the range after nice consolidation, Decline in volume as price has declined, wouldn't take much to send this heading back upwards.
