The points at the end of this letter confirm my opinion (see earlier HC thread) that while good, this capital raising by BGA does not quite meet the REH (Reece - plumbing supplies) 'gold standard' whereby retail shareholders also had the opportunity of an SPP so as to not be diluted.
However the BGA offer is only one step below the REH raising, not 'at the bottom' as with so many others where retail shareholder interests were completely ignored with large institutional placements.
