This 20 million shares has nothing at all to do with the roughly 60 million traded last week.
BRN today issued 20,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) to the Trustee of the Brainchip Long
Term Incentive Plan Trust for the purposes of administering the Long Term Incentive Plan.
They were issued at zero cost to employees.
So we are still in the dark about the big trades last week..
