MinRes moving their head office soon to a much bigger location (mostly because they need the parking.. so bought the old BGC Building).
Maybe can start the rumour that they're going to diversify and buy up STX or WGO hence need all this additional space lol.
Although I think the real reason is that 1 of the owners ex wives drives past on the reg as she lives down the road in the house she got in the divorce and he's over it.
