Have to wonder why this occurred at 1/7-2/7. Seems a little coincidental to occur right at the start of the FY. Still with so much debt it will make the auditor happy they don't need to approach this particular company for a waiver to put in the report.
Paying your debts with capital when your bank account is bare is starting to look very very desperate.
