The can just take a paycut for the $70-80K total funds they’d otherwise be chipping into the company treasury if they’re so supremely confident in the pathway forwards. At some point there has to be limits on incessant cap raises that feed the same people from the same trough they’re getting wages, fees and performance rights from. Expecting the rest of the register to simply wear a 40% discount at issue is a bridge too far imo, so in that respect - dilution - personally I don’t want their money.
