    Not sure why these shares are being issued to dilute all other % holding in the company? From a high of around$0.60 after listing and now around $0.15 I thought incentive would be able to "keep their jobs" not issuing more securities. Performance incentives are very different as to add to company's progress. I would like more transparent details on why and to who these have been issued to. I think QML need to look at new ground and not pile capital into rebirthing old mines.
