Tapping the ATM when the share price is only just above the $1 minimum, when it just recovered from being technically non-compliant, could be seen as playing with fire. Unfortunately, management put us in this terrible situation quite some time ago.

When the market was high other biotechs were capital raising to bolster their treasury and provide long funding runways. I'm thinking of RAC and IMU. Not KZA, our management put us on a drip-line of capital life support quite some time ago.
