    Invictus Energy Limited ("Invictus" or "the Company"), confirms that on 24 August 2023 it
    completed the issue of 3,657,654 shares in the Company for the provision of 2D seismic
    services in lieu of a cash settlement=======================

    In lieu......suggests originally was a cash payment agreement.
    This can be very bullish for further development of the basin, if MK-2 comes good.
