Comments:
1. It could have been but if that is the case then Polaris would have risked out the option of taking cash payment versus cash + shares as payment for services rendered.
2. Polaris took cash as payment for seismic services rendered pre-Mukuyu-1. Pre Mukuyu-2 they've opted to take part payment in shares.
