They issued shares to obtain a heap more land, nothing is free - do you not get that?
If you don't like it, and think another stock can grow without issuing shares then sell! There's plenty of other stocks out there.
You're either completely oblivious to how stocks work, or you're making a poor attempt to downramp. Either way you've got no idea.
