And that con note was 100% supported by top shareholders. It seems nonsensical that someone on the far outer ring of this company (if within any ring at all) would be trying to disparage this company when the most invested are backing it all the way. Those top shareholders are all sophisticated investors. I can't see any sophisticated investors deriding the company.
